Vinification of the Herdade das Servas Reserva Red Wine 2017: The grapes are selected at the selection table, de-stemmed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in a wine press and stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage: Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 12 months in 1st and 2nd year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottles for 10 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit.
